Cyberly\u2019s Arts and Literature Council has just announced the city\u2019s most lucrative (and possibly most ridiculous) competition yet: The Great Cyberly Fiction Challenge, where one lucky writer will win 10 million Cyberly Pounds for the most original, mind-bending, and utterly bizarre novel idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
